Ohio ranks fifth in the nation for the number of headquarters in the state in the Fortune 500. Ranked by revenue, Fortune Magazine recognizes 62 Ohio-based corporations in its 2005 ranking of the largest public corporations, with total revenues of more than $504.9 billion.
